Shipping Policy

SHIPPING: INDIA

  • We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders within India.
  • Cash on Delivery is available with applicable shipping charges and a convenience fee of ₹50/-

  • Since every piece is made to order, you will be sent a mail as soon as the order is received.

  • Since each artisan’s process is unique, we try to deliver the order within 6-7 working days from the date of order confirmation and/or payment. It could vary according to the Shipping address.

  • We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and deliver them within the estimated time frame.
  • In case of customizations, we will require additional time.

  • Our courier partner, will be able to deliver the shipment between Mondays to Saturday(excluding Public Holidays): 10 Am to 6 Pm.

  • Address change will only be accepted if order has NOT been shipped from the warehouse.

  • Email address must be mentioned in each and every order for smooth communication.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location, the courier service performance, or unforeseen delays.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances, though we will fully help in tracking the parcel if there is a problem from the delivery partner’s end.

  • If customer refused to accept two continuous COD orders after that only prepaid orders will be accepted.

SHIPPING: INTERNATIONAL

  • Cash On Delivery (COD) is NOT accepted for International orders.

  • Shipping charges may vary according to shipping country.

  • Prices are EXCLUSIVE of custom duties.

  • As soon as your package is shipped, you will be sent an email containing your tracking information.

  • We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 10-15 working days but delay in delivery can be caused due to customs. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a time frame for the same.

  • Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. 

  • All transit times are Monday to Saturday.

  • Contact details must be correctly entered which should include Country code and Zip code.

  • If shipping Pin code falls in Remote Area the shipping charges may vary.
