Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:

Please take a moment to understand how our products are made.
All our products are handmade by traditional artisans in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from one another. Since natural stones & pearls are organic in nature, they may vary slightly.
All our products go through quality control before shipping.

Since each product is exclusively handmade with immense care and love, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ORDERS ONCE PLACED, WE ONLY OFFER REPLACEMENT.

REPLACEMENT POLICY:

We only replace if the order is damaged in transit or the customer has received a wrong product.

STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR REPLACEMENT:
1. Kindly inform us within 2 days of delivery, for which the customer needs to e-mail us at connectaemi@gmail.com with their order details and product picture.
2. The product must be packed in the same packaging before it is couriered by the customer to our company address (mentioned below).
3. Once the concerned team checks the description & confirms the damage/ incorrect product, an email confirmation will be sent to the customer regarding the approval of the replacement.
4. Reverse pick-up will be arranged in 2-4 working days.
5. Once we receive the product(s), we will then inspect and check the physical product. We shall dispatch fresh / correct product at the earliest.
 A product can be exchanged only ONCE through the course of an order.

6. Product must be unused and untempered to be eligible for replacement.

7. International orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.

8. Customised products cannot be exchanged or returned since they are Personalised JUST FOR YOU!

Replacements are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we may offer a refund or an alternative item.

The replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 business days

REFUND POLICY:

  •  Refunds are applicable in case of lost shipments.
  • A refund is applicable in cases where an order is canceled prior to being dispatched.
  • Refunds are not applicable on customised orders.
  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email or message regarding the status of your refund.Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation once the refund is issued.

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).
